The meeting agenda as well as participants lists can be added directly in the Memoryrecord or uploaded
using a file XML (The "Meeting Excell" file can generate this file).

The result of MeetingRecord is a XML file and a sound file.

This résulat can be in loaded in MeetingReport application in order to generate an annotated report.
